Overview
This conference is designed to provide updates on the most current evidence-based standards and research on geriatric medicine and long-term care management

Objectives
  1. Discuss programs, applications and activities for caregivers.
  2. Identify resources for caregivers.
  3. Discuss strategies to optimize care for advanced dementia.
  4. Discuss the role of nutrition in the geriatric population.
  5. Discuss changes in healthcare and the impact on the elderly.
  6. Identify common health conditions in the geriatric population.
  7. Identify issues and best practices in Long Term Care.
  8. Discuss new medications and the concerns with some older medications.
