Overview
Hands on workshop to learn how to use ultrasound technology to perform procedures such as lumbar puncture, CVL placement and nerve blocks.

Objectives
  1. . Summarize complications of commonly performed procedures such as central venous line placement, lumbar puncture, and common approaches to pain control.
  2. Explain the role of sterile technique and ultrasound guidance in improving procedural outcomes
  3. Assemble equipment, set up, and simulate sterile ultrasound guided CVL, regional nerve blocks, and lumbar puncture
