Objectives
  1. Evaluate personal strengths plus areas for growth
  2. Apply the theoretical framework of servant leadership and IE
  3. Distinguish the types of IE and their characteristics
  4. Identify personal strengths and areas for growth in developing your EI
  5. Apply the Intentional Change Model
  6. Demonstrate an understanding of servant leadership and the connection between servant leadership and appreciative inquiry
  7. Develop strategies using appreciative inquiry that will increase participants' effectiveness as a leader
  8. Use participatory approach set forth by the Discovery, Dream, Design, and Deliver of appreciative inquiry.
  9. Describe how appreciative inquiry differs from traditional problem-solving approaches.
  10. Conduct multiple industry analysis, perform an exploratory scan of the macro external environment and internal environment
  11. Develop a personal dashboard
  12. create a change agenda and operationalize strategy
