Overview
The purpose of the SECRCC is to showcase the recent progress states in the south have made toward reducing the burden of colorectal cancer. Participants will share strategies that they have implemented in their communities to reduce colorectal cancer.

Objectives
  1. Describe the colorectal cancer burden among certain populations such as minorities.
  2. Identify Arkansas’ heaviest colorectal cancer burden and how the trend has changed over the past 20 years.
  3. Discuss new strategies for increasing screenings and improving diagnosis and treatment.
