7th Annual Infant and Child Death Review Program (ICDR) Conference

Objectives
  1. Describe the risk factors associated with infant and child deaths related to drowning, motor vehicle crashes, suicide and safe sleep environment.
  2. Summarize the reasons and procedures for the Child Abuse Hotline and the role of mandated reporters.
  3. Describe resources and programs in the community that aim to decrease infant and child mortality by promoting injury prevention.
  4. Discuss national and regional guidelines of infant and child drowning.
  5. Identify opportunities for scholarly projects that can decrease mortality of infants and children in Arkansas.
