2021 Diabetes Update Symposium

Cancellation/Refund Policy. A handling fee of $25.00 is deducted for cancellations.

Refund requests must be received by email, mail, or fax one week before the conference.

Refunds will not be made after March 5, 2021.

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences designates this live activity for a maximum of 10.00 ANCC contact hours.  Nursing contact hours will be awarded for successful completion of program components based upon documented attendance and completion of evaluation materials.

AAPA Designation Statement
