Arkansas Summit for Antimicrobial Stewardship

Educational conference to improve infectious disease treatments by effective antimicrobial stewardship.

1. Accept antimicrobial stewardship practices beyond the current level implemented.
2. Describe new antimicrobial treatment recommendations and shorter lengths of antimicrobial therapy.
3. Identify opportunities to decrease the inappropriate usage of broad-spectrum antimicrobials.
