Arkansas Forensic Nurses Association Conference & Workshop

This conference will focus on bringing evidence-based applicable skills to forensic nurses. Sessions will be appropriate for any nurse interested in the forensic nursing specialty as well as sexual assault nurse examiners for all ages.

ANCC Credit Designation Statement
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences designates this live activity for a maximum of 14.0 ANCC contact hours.  Nursing contact hours will be awarded for successful completion of program components based upon documented attendance and completion of evaluation materials.

1. The learner will be able to indetify ways to apply forensic nursing skills to their current roles/
2. The learner will be able to infer techniques practiced to patient medical-forensic exams.
3. The learner will be able to discuss the unique challenges to increasing access to forensic nursing in their community.

ANCC - American Nurses Credentialing Center (14.00 hours)
