2022 Immunization Summit

Friday, August 19, 2022, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST, Wyndham Riverfront North Little Rock

The 2022 Immunization Summit is an educational event targeting immunization leaders and healthcare providers from around the state and region who have an interest in addressing and improving immunization issues. It is recommended that primary and back-up vaccine coordinators, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical staff who play a significant role in the immunization activities at their practice attend the Summit.

1. Identify vaccine misinformation/disinformation and confront it with evidence based messaging
2. Communicate the importance of getting routine immunizations to defend against reemergence of vaccine preventable diseases
3. Advocate for HPV vaccination to prevent oral and other HPV cancers
4. Identify the immunization neighborhood in their area to improve immunization rates
5. Recognize the childhood and adult immunization schedules
