Overview

AAHP 2025 Fall Seminar brings together voices from across the spectrum of pharmacy practice to share practical strategies, emerging trends, and innovative solutions that elevate patient care in every setting. This year’s lineup features engaging sessions on clinical decision-making, ambulatory care billing, technician advancement, public policy, medication safety, and more. Attendees will gain insights from experts across hospital, ambulatory, emergency, and legislative arenas—with content designed to empower pharmacists, residents, students, and technicians alike.

ACPE Credit Designation Statement

These knowledge-based activities will provide pharmacists up to 10.0 contact hours or 1.0 CEU.  CE credit information, based on verification of live attendance and completion of the program evaluation, will be provided to NABP within 60 days after the activity completion. 


Objectives
  1. Analyze innovative clinical and operational approaches that elevate patient care across diverse health-system pharmacy settings.
  2. Implement evidence-based strategies and guideline updates to optimize therapeutic decision-making and improve outcomes.
  3. Formulate actionable plans for engagement in professional leadership, advocacy, and organizational growth within AAHP and beyond.
  4. Design effective career development pathways for pharmacy technicians through certification, education, and advanced practice roles.
  5. Integrate safety, equity, and collaboration principles into daily practice to advance the future of health-system pharmacy.
